Pre-construction Meeting with Site Plan Enforcement Inspector

WHEN IS A PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING WITH SITE PLAN ENFORCEMENT REQUIRED?

A pre-construction meeting with a Site Plan Enforcement Inspector is required when a proposed project has gone through a Site Plan Certification process with the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC)  I'd like to make a link here to the Flow Chart.

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Pre-construction meeting is to aquaint the onsite manager with the Site Plan Enforcement Inspector and their goals and objectives.  Site Plan Enforcement is an ongoing process throughout the development of a project which has under gone approval and certification by MNCPPC.  In addition if the project involves a bond  the inspector will review it with the project representative to ensure clear communication regarding the eventual release of the bond.
