 Site Plan Enforcement Inspection

When is a Site Plan Enforcement Inspection Required?

A Site Plan Enforcement Inspection is an ongoing process throughout the development of a project which has under gone approval and certification by the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC).   In addition if a project requires a bond, release of that bond will occur only after the Site Plan Enforcement Inspector has "finaled" the project

The inspection process ensures that the agreements between the developer and MNCPPC are met and maintained.  According to the enforcement authority granted to DPS under the memorandum of understanding created in 2006 by the Planning Commission.
