  1. County Council Resolution 18-852, Approval of Executive Regulation 11-17 Schedule of Fees for Permits, Licenses and Certifications - Method 2.  This regulation amends ER 27-16 for the fees charged by the Department to make the fee for large houses permanent. Effective July 3, 2017.
  2. Approval of Executive Regulation 26-16 Schedule of Fees for Permits, Licenses and Inspections - Land Development - Method 3.  This regulation amends ER 16-16 to establish a permit fee for the partial or complete closure of a private road as provided in Chapter 49-11(A) of the Montgomery County Code. Effective July 1, 2016
  3. County Council Resolution 16-839, Approval of Executive Regulation 20-07AM Overtime Offset Fees. This regulation amends Executive Regulation 17-97 to modify the Department’s offset fee structure by splitting the plan review portion of the fee from the inspection service.   The fee is charged when overtime services are requested by the customer in order to expedite action by the Department on a particular request. Effective November 27, 2007.
  4. County Council Resolution 18-542, Approval of Executive Regulation 15-16, Automation Enhancement Fee. This regulation amends Executive Regulation 13-13 to reduce the fee from 5 percent to zero. Effective July 1, 2016.
  5. County Council Resolution 18-317 Amendment to Department of Permitting services fees for services provided under Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code.  New Zoning Fees adopted and is effective December 1, 2015.
  6. County Council Resolution 17-836, Approval of Executive Regulation 12-12 Fire Safety Code Inspections, Permits, Licenses, Exceptions, and Fees. This regulation amends ER 5-06AM for fees to be charged, and is adopted pursuant to the authority contained in Chapter 22 of the Montgomery County Code. Effective July 30, 2013.
