Four Upcoming Green Card Certification Seminars

November 8 and December 6, 2012

January 17 and February 14, 2013.

Division of Land Development

The Responsible Personnel training provides participants with valuable information regarding proper construction management and the proper implementation and maintenance of sediment control measures. The program primarily caters to land development and engineering firms, and earth-moving contractors.

Responsible personnel training includes:

1. Attending the 4 hour course
2. Taking an examination following the course
3. Receiving a certification card within 2 weeks of course completion

The class is held at the Department of Permitting Services. It begins promptly at8:00 A.M.and ends at approximately12:30 P.M.  The cost of the class is $50.00 and includes a copy of the “Sediment Control Handbook.”        

To register for one of the classes, call 240-777-6300. Payment for the class must be received two weeks prior to the class date.
