The Department of Permitting Services is beginning the process of updating our website.

The Department is looking for your feedback on our website in order to provide you, our customers, the information you need in an easy to use format.

Specifically, we are looking for comments and suggestions covering:

• how information should be organized;
• what features or information needs to be provided;
• what features or information currently on the site is helpful;
• what you would like to see made available on our website.

Our effort to update the website will be done over the several months with an aim to launch an improved site no later than September 2008.

Suggestions submitted prior to February 2008 have a greater chance of being incorporated into the redesign. However, we would be happy to accept your comments at any time.

It is our hope that the new site will better serve your needs. With your input, this goal can be accomplished.
