Permitting Fees Increasing on July 1

Effective July 1, at the start of the 2027 fiscal year, the Department of Permitting Services will implement a 15 percent increase to permitting fees. This will be the first adjustment to these fees in seven years. If you have questions about the updated fees, contact MC 311 or call 240-777-0311.
